📣 Camp Meeting Registration Guidelines
1️⃣ Registration form (word file): For church members to register
2️⃣ Registration form (excel file): Used by the ministers (after the church collects the registration form from church members, enter the information and submit it to HKMC)
3️⃣ Registration form (excel file): Email to Ginny before 10:00am on September 2 at the latest (if the room is insufficient, we can make a arrangement in advance)
4️⃣ At 2:00pm on September 3rd, we will notify you of the exact registration quota and payment (the fees paid will not be refunded)
4️⃣ Payment method：
🅰️ September 3rd, 2:00pm: Electronic payment, no need to register in person at HKMC, whatsapp the deposit receipt to Ginny.
