From August 5 to 10, 2025, the Tai Woo Church Youth Group conducted a mission trip to Sabah, Malaysia, themed "Walking Together: Experiencing the Journey of God's Love." Participants included eight members of the Tai Woo Church Youth Group, one sister from the Tsuen Wan Church, and two overseas evangelists from Sabah.
On the day of departure, despite facing heavy rain, Christine Luk and Anna Fu personally went to the airport to send off the team and offer prayers and blessings. The youth group, carrying the donations and supplies they had raised, embarked on their journey with the support, help, and prayers of the church leaders and fellow members.
After the team arrived in Sabah, they visited the Sabah Mission office, Tadika Advent Tamparuli (Adventist Kindergarten), Tamparuli Adventist Secondary School, Pioneer Memorial Church, and Pangasaan Adventist Church, engaging in a week of service and sharing.
They repainted the faded areas around the kindergarten and the bus stop in front of the secondary school, and led morning assemblies at the kindergarten, sharing Bible stories with the students. On Wednesday, they participated in a prayer meeting at the secondary school, and on Friday evening, they held a musical testimony sharing event at the church titled "Lost and Found" to encourage local secondary students. On Sabbath, they presented special music and a sermon at the local church, followed by a drama activity in the afternoon focused on the theme from creation to the end of the age.
Through God's love and guidance, this mission trip greatly benefited all participants. Whether through testimonies or songs, they served as bridges to lead people to God. May we all learn to share courageously and actively proclaim, allowing the light of truth to illuminate more lives, giving all glory to God.
