Job Description:
- Handle full set of accounts and book-keeping
- Monitor daily accounting and taxation function
- Use of electronic accounting software (preferably MYOB)
- Be able to work well in a team
- 1 year of relevant working experiences
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts includes daily book-keeping activities, preparing and entering journal vouchers
- Co-ordinate and keep record of donation receipts, accounts receivable and payable accounting accounting activities and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and execute cheque payments and online banking transactions Prepare month-end schedules and monthly reports
- Monitor and keep track of all accounting matters. Liaise with various third party accounting staff and external auditors
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Relevant experience in Accounting and Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and MYOB accounting system
- Work Independently and under pressure
- No age limitation
- Good team player
