Job Responsibilities:
a. Handle trust and fund administration operation related tasks, including order processing,
registration, settlement and reporting.
b. Maintain clients’ records with full reconciliation with external counter parties.
c. Working with trustee, client servicing and accounting colleagues on cash flows transactions.
d. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of operation procedures.
e. Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements in accordance with the regulatory
licenses held by the business.
f. Assist in the maintenance of trust and fund accounting records, and filing of the trust and
fund’s financial books and record.
h. Any other tasks as may be required from time to time.
Job Requirements:
• 2 years or above relevant working experience and willing to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
• Degree in finance/business administration or equivalent
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work independently and under
pressure
• Good team player
• Languages: Cantonese, English and Putonghua
