Major responsibilities of the job include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Provide leadership and drive performance of the finance and human resources functions in support of delivery of HKAA’s strategic priorities and operational effectiveness and efficiency.<\/li>\n
  2. Prepare and present financial management information and analysis to Boards and Committees, and lead and develop the finance business partnering function across school sections, providing financial services and advice as necessary.<\/li>\n
  3. Work closely with the Principal and HKAA Finance Committee in ensuring an effective finance control environment is in place and that issues are escalated in a well-judged and timely way.<\/li>\n
  4. Deliver improvements in the business\/budget planning and management process to ensure efficient and effective use of HKAA resources.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
