Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

a. Handle trust and fund administration operation related tasks, including order processing,\nregistration, settlement and reporting.
\nb. Maintain clients\u2019 records with full reconciliation with external counter parties.
\nc. Working with trustee, client servicing and accounting colleagues on cash flows transactions.
\nd. Assist in the maintenance and implementation of operation procedures.
\ne. Complying with all regulatory and legislative requirements in accordance with the regulatory\nlicenses held by the business.
\nf. Assist in the maintenance of trust and fund accounting records, and filing of the trust and\nfund\u2019s financial books and record.
\nh. Any other tasks as may be required from time to time.<\/p>\n

Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 2 years or above relevant working experience and willing to learn
\n\u2022 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Excel
\n\u2022 Degree in finance\/business administration or equivalent
\n\u2022 Strong communication and coordination skills, able to work independently and under\npressure
\n\u2022 Good team player
\n\u2022 Languages: Cantonese, English and Putonghua<\/p>\n
