Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master\u2019s degree is highly preferred.
\n\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure and systems management, preferably within an educational institution.
\n\u2022 Professional certifications (CCNA\/CCNP, CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) are highly desirable.
\n\u2022 Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cloud services, and system administration.
\n\u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, server and virtualization platforms,\nLearning Management Systems, telephony, CCTV, and AV systems.
\n\u2022 Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing, motivating, and developing IT teams, as well as negotiating and overseeing vendor performance.
\n\u2022 Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
\n\u2022 High level of integrity and a strong commitment to maintaining IT security and data confidentiality.
\n\u2022 Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
\n\u2022 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Cantonese.
\n\u2022 Flexibility to occasionally support school events\/activities outside of regular working hours.<\/p>\n

Key Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 Oversee the maintenance, security, and optimization of all IT infrastructure, including\nservers, networks (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi), storage, databases, and cabling.
\n\u2022 Administer and support core platforms, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, virtualization technologies, email systems, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
\n\u2022 Manage and maintain the College's Learning Management System (LMS) and other academic software.
\n\u2022 Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of all IT systems in classrooms, labs, library, and administrative offices.
\n\u2022 Evaluate emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
\n\u2022 Develop and manage the annual IT budget, oversee procurement and lifecycle of all hardware and software assets.
\n\u2022 Lead, coordinate, and execute IT projects independently and manage all vendor\nrelationships, including contract negotiation, service level agreement monitoring, and\nperformance evaluation.
\n\u2022 Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive IT policies and procedures.
\n\u2022 Establish and maintain robust security controls, conduct regular security assessments, and\nproactively address potential vulnerabilities to safeguard sensitive data.
\n\u2022 Supervise, mentor, and support the IT team.
\n\u2022 Provide technical support for audio-visual systems used in school activities\/events.<\/p>\n
