Job Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u25aa Master\u2019s degree in nursing
\n\u25aa Registered with the Hong Kong Nursing Council
\n\u25aa Possess a valid Practising Certificate
\n\u25aa Possess a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
\n\u25aa Minimum of 5 years of clinical bedside experience in an acute care medical-surgical ward,
\nand or Old aged Homes
\n\u25aa minimum of 3 years of clinical supervision experience in post-secondary education
\n\u25aa Commitment to student-centered learning and professional development
\n\u25aa Prior teaching or supervision experience in clinical education is highly desirable
\n\u25aa Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
\n\u25aa Good command of English and Chinese<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Student Supervision: Provide clinical teaching and supervision, clinical skill coaching, offer
\nconstructive feedback and mentorship to nursing students during their clinical practicums.
\n\u2022 Deliver bedside teaching, demonstrations, and clinical briefings in facilitating students\u2019
\napplication of theoretical knowledge to patient care in clinical practices.
\n\u2022 Performance Evaluation: Assess and evaluate students’ clinical competencies, skill
\nperformance, and professional attitude.
\n\u2022 Safety & Compliance: Enforce infection control policies, administer medications safely,
\nmaintain aseptic technique, and adhere to strict healthcare and professional regulatory
\ncompliance.
\n\u2022 Ensuring adherence to professional, ethical, and safety standards and professional clinical
\npractice of student nurses.
\n\u2022 Assist Clinical Coordinator in clinical coordination, scheduling, and all related matters in
\npreparing students before, during and after clinical practicums.
\n\u2022 Assist in organizing clinical mentoring training workshops and credentialing of clinical mentors.
\n\u2022 Work collaboratively with the teaching team, clinical instructors, clinical mentors, and
\nhealthcare teams to offer students a supportive learning environment.
\n\u2022 Coordinate and hold clinical sharing sessions and feedback meetings of students and clinical
\nmentors with clinical agencies.
\n\u2022 Maintain clinical records on all students and assist in compiling applications for EN enrollment
\nfrom NCHK.
\n\u2022 Assist in teaching and practicing nursing skills in classroom and \/or laboratory settings.\n<\/p>\n
