Pastor Chen Jiahong of the Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Department of Chinese Union Mission launched the "One Lead One" TrailBlazer Discipleship Plan, a two-year discipleship training program. The training took place at the Singapore Conference, featuring Pastor Daniel Ebenezer—Director of the Sabbath School and Personal Ministries Department at the General Conference—as the keynote speaker. Tommy Kwok, Associate Director of the Personal Evangelism Department for the Hong Kong-Macao Conference, also attended as part of the delegation. Through a variety of workshops, group games, case studies, small-group discussions, and the sharing of the vision, the program sought to inspire believers to commit to a two-year process of equipping new lay leaders within the church through a One Lead One mentoring approach.
