📣 Registration Guidelines for the Camp Meeting (Based on the earlier ballot order)
1️⃣ Registration form (word file): For church members to register
2️⃣ Registration form (excel file): Used by the ministers (after the church collects the registration form from church members, enter the information and submit it to HKMC)
3️⃣ Registration form (Excel file): Please email it to Ginny no later than 10:00 AM on September 1st (adjustments can be made in advance if there is a shortage of rooms).
4️⃣ Notification regarding confirmed registration spots and payment will be sent on September 2 at 2:00 PM (fees paid are non-refundable).
4️⃣ Payment method：
🅰️ Pay electronically—no need to register in person at the Local Conference office; simply WhatsApp the payment slip to Ginny.
