On September 5 at 10:00 a.m., Tsuen Wan Church held an opening ceremony and thanksgiving service at its new location (Unit 827, Global Trade Centre, 1 Sha Tsui Road, Tsuen Wan). Three administrative officers from the Regional Conference—Pastor Heywood Cham, Pastor Timothy Siu, and Elder Philip Wong—along with Chinese Union Mission President Pastor Daniel Jiao, attended the opening ceremony. Over 120 guests were present. Sister Wong Yee-wah presided over the event, while Pastor Heywood Cham and Elder Philip Wong delivered addresses. Pastor Timothy Siu offered a prayer, followed by a dedication prayer led jointly by Pastor Daniel Chuah, Pastor Heywood Cham, and Pastor Daniel Jiao. Senior pastor Robert Wong was invited to deliver the sermon, sharing the story of overseas missionary pioneers who overcame great obstacles to come to China and sow the seeds of the Gospel. He encouraged the congregation to share the Gospel with zeal and to lead more members of the community to know the Gospel at the new church location.
