Hello everyone, I am Yip Fung-yee. I am sharing my testimony here today because I have made a decision: to follow the Lord Jesus Christ for the rest of my life. I have been retired for over twenty years, and my responsibilities as a mother have been fulfilled. Should I spend the days ahead aimlessly?
Conflict rages across the globe, driven by the pursuit of hegemony, profit, selfishness, and greed. War and turmoil bring devastation to countless lives, shattering families and claiming victims. Weather patterns have also become erratic—with soaring temperatures and violent storms—causing heavy casualties and leaving people homeless. There is no true peace or happiness in this world; I feel a deep sense of inner unrest, anxiety, and emptiness.
In August 2025, while attending an event at the Heng On Elderly Centre, I suddenly heard a voice that led me to meet Pastor Zheng. She introduced me to the Seventh-day Adventist Church, and since then, I have attended the Seventh-day Adventist evangelistic meetings every week.
Pastors preached there, and I also participated in life-education groups and classes for seekers. From then on, I felt peace and joy in my heart, and my emotions became much more settled. I learned to pray, asking the Lord for wisdom, strength, and peace. I am deeply grateful that the Lord responded to me and offered encouragement—thank You, Lord!
