Major responsibilities of the job include:
1. Faithfully promote Christian Education, showing respect to and confidence in the Church,
and for Christian Education.
2. Build trust and strong relationships with prospective families; guide them through the
admissions journey and provide timely follow‑up and support.
3. Handle student affairs and communication with students and their families, helping them adjust and feel welcomed into the school community.
4. Draft content and run ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platforms.
5. Design graphics, banners, and flyers for any marketing and internal needs.
6. Collaborate with external design, marketing, and PR partners to support the School’s marketing goals.
7. Maintain the website to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
8. Lead in enrollment logistics, including processing new applications and verifying required documents.
9. Contact, nurture, and convert leads; track and report on admissions status on a weekly basis.
10. Attend internal and external marketing and admissions events.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations or
related disciplines.
• High proficiency in English and Chinese with fluent Cantonese and Putonghua. Ability to confidently host tours and presentations.
