Major responsibilities of the job include:
1. Faithfully promote Christian Education, showing respect to and confidence in the Church,
and for Christian Education.
2. Establishing a developmentally appropriate, positive, inclusive, and safe environment that is
conducive to learning.
3. Positively developing interpersonal relationships with coworkers and students.
4. Communicating proficiently with students, parents and administration.
5. Administering tests following school testing protocols and provide timely progress reports
and also conduct academic valuation of students through assessments.
6. Determining and supporting standards of classroom behavior, and upholding school-adopted discipline policies.
7. Teaching competently the required skills for the grade level assigned.
8. Skilfully using a variety of teaching methods, charts, illustrations, equipment and research.
9. Adhering to a professional code of ethics and following the principles outlined in the HKAA.
10. Actively committed to the safeguarding, protection, and well being of students at all times.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree Education (Physics Major)
• At least Five (5) years of successful teaching experience
• Native speaker of English
